WELL program fees for individual locations

WELL program fees for individual locations are based on the total number of locations enrolled for WELL Ratings or project area for WELL Certification and WELL Core Certification. Prices per square foot are reduced for industrial projects pursuing Certification. See the tables below for a breakdown (click to enlarge):Program fees 1.png

WELL at scale program fees

WELL at scale program fees include unlimited pursuit of unlimited WELL certifications and ratings. Organizations subscribed at the Enterprise level will also receive benchmarking data and a WELL Score.

Owner organizations in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan with subscribed locations pursuing optional services including Certification, precertification and/or recertification will be subject to additional fees. If at least two years of subscription fees have already been paid by the organization, discounted fees may apply.

WELL at scale subscribers pay a flat price depending on the number of locations. For example, if a legal entity has 75 locations and chooses to enroll them all, they would qualify for an Enterprise subscription with a subscription fee of $65,000.
