You can upgrade single locations enrolled for WELL Certification to WELL at scale. IWBI will support you with this process. The steps below are applicable to: 

• Single-asset v2 pilot and v2 projects that have enrolled for WELL Certification but have not submitted for any review under the single-asset enrollment

• Single-asset v2 pilot and v2 projects that have achieved WELL Certification/Precertification

If a single-asset v2 pilot and v2 project is in between a preliminary/final documentation/performance testing review round, you should continue to pursue certification under the single-asset WELL online project account. Once the project completes the WELL Certification process, the location can be linked and the documents will be migrated to the WELL at scale account.

1. Inform your WELL Coaching contact via the WELL at scale Support tab if you have an existing single-asset project(s) that you would like to include in your WELL at scale subscription.
2. Confirm your documents 
   • Once the location has been linked to your WELL at scale account, you may be required to confirm if the migrated documents are tagged to the correct WELL v2/v2 pilot feature part.
3. Navigate to your WELL at scale account > Locations > [location name] > Documents > 'Migrated documents' to find the list of documents that need to be confirmed.
4. Confirm the verification method, space type and Feature part option as shown below.
