You may edit your subscribed location's information through the Locations tab in your WELL at scale or WELL Rating account.
WELL at scale subscribers may not make any changes to their locations while a review cycle is in progress!

- Sign in to your WELL account.
- Open the Locations tab.
- Click the pencil icon next to the location you would like to modify.
- Make the necessary changes, then click Update.

Use this function to edit several locations at once.
It is not currently possible for WELL at scale subscribers to edit Legal Entity for multiple locations at once. You may either update them one at a time using the "Edit a single location" instructions, or contact us via the Support tab within your WELL at scale account to update in bulk.
- Click Import.
- In the “Update existing locations” section, click to download the Excel template spreadsheet.
- Fill in the requested information on the spreadsheet–reference the Instructions tab of the spreadsheet as needed.
- Upload the completed file, then click Next.
- Verify that the columns match correctly–i.e., make sure the Project Name column is matched to the column on the spreadsheet that contains the project name. Check “Don’t overwrite existing value” for any fields that you do not want to update.
- Click next. Verify that the information in the “Preview the information here” table correctly reflects the updates.
- Click Finish Import.
- The project administrator will receive an email confirmation when the upload is complete.
WELL at scale subscribers cannot change their project's address or ownership type, or change construction status of their locations from Construction Complete to Under Construction. Contact your coach via the Support tab if you need to update one of these fields.
