You may edit your subscribed location's information through the Locations tab in your WELL at scale or WELL Rating account.

WELL at scale subscribers may not make any changes to their locations while a review cycle is in progress!

• 1. Sign in to your WELL account.
  2. Open the Locations tab.

  3. Click the pencil icon next to the location you would like to modify.

  4. Make the necessary changes, then click Update.

• Use this function to edit the same field for several locations at once–for example, to make multiple projects public in the Projects Directory.

  It is not currently possible for WELL at scale subscribers to edit Legal Entity for multiple locations at once. You may either update them one at a time using the "Edit a single location" instructions, or contact us via the Support tab within your WELL at scale account to update in bulk.

  1. Click the multi-select toggle.
  2. Check the box next to the locations you would like to modify, then click Edit Selected.
  3. Choose the field to modify, make your changes and click Update.

• Use this function to edit multiple fields for several locations at once.

  1. Click Import.
  2. In the “Update existing locations” section, click to download the Excel template spreadsheet.
  3. Fill in the requested information on the spreadsheet–reference the Instructions tab of the spreadsheet as needed. Do not delete columns from the spreadsheet.
  4. Upload the completed file, then click Next.
  5. Verify that the columns match correctly–i.e., make sure the Project Name column is matched to the column on the spreadsheet that contains the project name. Check “Don’t overwrite existing value” for any fields that you do not want to update.
  6. Click next. Verify that the information in the “Preview the information here” table correctly reflects the updates.
  7. Click Finish Import.
  8. The project administrator will receive an email confirmation when the upload is complete.

WELL at scale subscribers cannot change the construction status of their locations from Construction Complete to Under Construction. Contact your coach via the Support tab if you need to update the status of a location to Under Construction.
