If a document that has been reviewed as part of a previous review cycle no longer applies, you may archive the document.
These instructions apply to WELL at scale and WELL Ratings (except Health-Safety Rating accounts created before April 18, 2023).
You can archive a document from either the Scorecard tab or the Documents Library tab of either the WELL at scale account or the account of any individual location included in your subscription. Once a document is archived, you can not unarchive it or take any further action with the document. Archiving a document may result in the locations the document was assigned to losing points after the next review if you do not upload a replacement.
From your WELL at scale account, you can only archive documents that were uploaded to the WELL at scale scorecard rather than an individual location scorecard, and vice versa.
