Sample documents contain guidance for project teams to create documentation for the WELL features. These resources can help you understand the level of detail required in your documentation and may spark ideas for how you can improve your own documents.
WELL v2 sample documents contain both intent-stage and implementation-stage guidance. More information about the difference between intent-stage and implementation-stage documentation can be found in the Precertification Guide.
Intent-stage language is indicated in sample documents with green text and in parentheses. A description of what an intent-stage sample document should consist of is included in the first page of the sample document.
If you do use any of the language or formatting from the sample documentation, ensure that you both customize it to your project or organization and it into your policies or protocols.
Sample documentation may not be available for some features.
