The WELL Project Information and Performance Template (PIP) tool combines the Project Information Form, PV Sample Estimator, and PV Submittal Form.
These instructions are for single-asset WELL Certification projects only. If you need to upload a PIP for a WELL at scale performance review, see Uploading performance testing results.
The tab titled “1-Project Info” must be completed by the project team and uploaded as a general document for preliminary documentation review. The information provided should be up to date and accurate at the time of completion as it is used as a basis for the Performance Verification Phase of the project.
All other tabs in this document are used by the Performance Testing Agent (PTA) to accurately scope, schedule, execute and document on-site performance testing.

Step 1: Upon opening the file, enable macros.
Step 2: Read the instructions in the tab called, ‘0-Instructions’.
Step 3: Complete the fields in the tab called, ‘1-Project Info’. If the project type selected is Core or Multifamily Residential, additional information will be required.
Core Projects:
If the project is a WELL Core project, once ‘Core’ is selected as the project type, additional information about the leased vs non-lease area and the features the project is pursuing will be required.
