Select “Performance Testing Organizations” in the “Organizational Level” filter to find the full directory of approved WELL Performance Testing Organizations and use the “Country” filter to identify which PTOrgs have agents located in specific countries.

Yes, for v2 Pilot and v2 you can contract with an approved WELL Performance Testing Organization of your choice directly instead of submitting the IWBI PV Scheduling form. For v1, the PV must be coordinated by IWBI using the IWBI PV Scheduling form and cannot be contracted directly.

Performance Verification fee quotes will be provided by local PTAgents and vary depending on the project specific scorecard and required test quantity for your project size.

No. GBCI will focus their efforts on conducting third-party documentation and performance reviews for WELL projects. Approved WELL  Performance Testing Organizations will provide onsite testing for all WELL projects starting on August 1, 2022.
