Upon achievement, WELL Rating projects are entitled to 4 complimentary seals per location with a limit of 1600 seals per enterprise enrollment.
Example: if you have a WELL Rating project with 100 locations, you are entitled to 400 seals when the rating is achieved (i.e. 4 per location).
You can add additional seals to your order of complimentary seals. The cost of additional seals is $10 for a package of 4 seals.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is not included as part of your complimentary seal order. International orders may also be subject to customs fees.
Shipping fees (excluding tax):
- Domestic orders (USA): $9.95
- International orders: $24.95
Once your project has achieved a WELL Rating, seals can be purchased within the “Promotion” section in your WELL account.
To order your seals simply click on the “Complimentary” version of the seal you would like and your cart will automatically populate with the correct number of seals based on the number of locations within your project.
NOTE: The ability to order seals from WELL online does not apply if your project has achieved a WELL Rating through a WELL-at-scale subscription. Please contact your WELL coaching contact and they can help you place your order.

Seal Types
There are 2 variations of seals for each rating:
- Each WELL Rating has an option of a particular color associated with that rating or a transparent version
- All seals must contain the standard size of 8 inches in diameter
- All seal variations are available in Simplified and Traditional Chinese
- Our colored seals are static cling stickers. Static clings adhere to glass and other non-porous surfaces through suction with the natural static created on the surface, and they do not feature a laminate. Static Clings do not have adhesive and should only be used outdoors in temporary situations as weather and humidity can alter their cling ability.
- Our white or transparent seals are front adhesive stickers. Front adhesive stickers are printed on clear material and have an adhesive on the front, printed side of the sticker. They are made for use on the inside of a window. Our front adhesive stickers are printed with an underlayer of white to improve print opacity. You will only be able to see white from the back side
How to install the decals
- The way to apply the Static Cling seals is to use a clean and smooth surface that is as close to room temperature as possible. Cold surfaces will reduce the cling of the sticker. For either dry or wet application, use a squeegee, credit card, or something similar to smooth the decal onto the surface.
- The best way to apply the Front Adhesive White seals is by hand. Using a credit card to smooth out bubbles will ensure an even surface.
- For more information on how to install the guide please review the IWBI Trademark Guidelines tool kit.

-
Upon renewal of a WELL Rating achievement, projects should add a new seal containing the current year of achievement. Projects should display the most current seal achieved with the year of achievement. Projects may also continue to display prior achieved seals along with the current seal containing the current year of achievement to show the historical application of the program as long as the display of the seal does not violate IWBI's branding guidelines and as long as its placement is not otherwise misleading. If the rating is no longer valid (i.e., the location has not been renewed), then the seal(s) should be removed to avoid misleading representations.
