Ongoing reporting requirements

To maintain your project’s status as a WELL Rated project, you must submit the ongoing reports listed below through your WELL account within 12 months of achieving the rating and every 12 months thereafter.

For features that only require ongoing reporting documents for verification (e.g, Health-Safety Rating feature SA4 or Performance Rating feature PM1), you must upload a brief narrative before submitting for your initial review stating that ongoing reporting will be provided at renewal.

The two types of ongoing reporting verification methods are as follows:

Ongoing maintenance reports

For multiple location renewals, ongoing maintenance reports are required only for the audit locations provided by IWBI. The audit locations list is generated automatically on your Scorecard once you confirm the locations list that are pursuing renewal.

For Equity Rating and Performance Rating; Health-Safety Rating projects created after April 18, 2023

You can find audit requirements on the scorecard tab

For Health-Safety Rating projects created before April 18, 2023

This list can be downloaded from the Documents tab -> Audit in your Health-Safety Rating account.

If your project is adding a location or locations at renewal, ongoing maintenance reports and ongoing data reports are not required until the next review cycle for the new location(s).
