Step 1
Sign in to your WELL account.
- (If applicable) Merge one or more of your WELL Rating accounts
- (If applicable) Reactivate an expired WELL Rating account
Step 2
Upload ongoing data/maintenance reports as required based on the features achieved.
Step 3
Click the ‘Renew now’ button in your project workspace.
- For WELL Rating projects that have achieved the rating along with WELL Certification
- Re-sign the terms & conditions.
Step 4
Go to the Locations tab to confirm locations. Once the locations list is confirmed (project teams can add/subtract locations at renewal), the renewal invoice will be generated in the 'Billing' tab based on the updated number of locations.
Step 5
Once the locations have been confirmed, pay the renewal invoice. You can also access the renewal invoice under the Billing tab in the project dashboard.
- If the project team wishes to make changes to the locations after the list has been confirmed in the WELL digital account, you can reach out to us via the support tab within your WELL Rating account.
Step 6
Access the renewal scorecard by navigating to the Scorecard tab in the project dashboard. Go to the Documents tab to confirm documents and/or upload any new documents for the features.
- For WELL Health-Safety Rating enrollments prior to April 2023 and WELL ratings that have achieved the rating as part of the WELL Certification project, teams can follow these steps to complete the renewal scorecard
- For all other WELL Ratings, project teams can follow these steps.
Step 7
Go to the Reviews tab and submit for preliminary documentation review (8-10 business days for single locations; 20-25 business days for multiple locations).
- Once the preliminary review is complete, address review comments and submit for final documentation review (8-10 business days days for single locations; 20-25 business days for multiple locations).

Celebrate the renewal of your WELL Rating and communicate your achievement.
