Follow the steps to renew your WELL Rating in the corresponding WELL Rating tab of your project (WELL Health-Safety tab, WELL Performance tab or WELL Equity tab)

WELL Certification ongoing reporting

Projects that have achieved WELL Certification along with the WELL Rating can elect for a review of the ongoing maintenance documents required for recertification during the WELL Rating renewal process.
