If your organization is actively engaged in WELL at scale program and has locations that have achieved a WELL Rating, your location's rating status will automatically be renewed in the upcoming review cycle so long as the following criteria are met:

• In your WELL account, you must annually confirm any updates made to the list of locations that have achieved the rating by adding or subtracting locations.

• All assets that have achieved the rating must submit ongoing data/maintenance documents/performance tests/sensor data for any features that were achieved the previous year.
