LEED crosswalk

  • Updated

This document outlines where the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC LEED testing protocols, measurements and scores may contribute to achieving certain WELL features.

LEED and the WELL Building Standard™ (WELL™) work alongside one another to ensure that buildings and communities preserve energy and precious resources for a brighter and more equitable future, while also supporting enhanced human health, well-being and performance.

The International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™), USGBC and GBCI have developed the following guidance to show how LEED v2009 / v3 and LEED v4 can assist in meeting WELL, and to show how WELL can assist in achieving LEED v4. The following crosswalk documents outline where achievement of LEED credits and WELL features will provide achievement of a credit or feature in the corresponding program.

LEED v4.1 / WELL v2

LEED v4 / WELL v2

LEED v4 / WELL v1

LEED v4 / WELL v2 pilot

LEED v2009 / WELL v1
