In the spirit of WELL Community Feature - C13 Accessibility and Universal Design, we are more than happy to provide you with reasonable testing accommodations for the WELL AP exam to the extent required.

If you require testing accommodations for the WELL AP, follow these steps:

1. Register for the exam but do not book your testing appointment until your accommodations have been approved.
2. Complete the documents below. IWBI will use the information you provide in these forms for the purposes of assessing your request.
3. Send the completed documents to accommodations@wellcertified.com.
