If you are unable to take the exam within 365 days, you may request one 6-month extension by emailing WELLAP@wellcertified.com with your full name and exam eligibility ID. Additional extensions will not be granted.

If your EID has reached its expiration date, you can re-register with 50% off the original price. To take advantage of this offer, please contact WELLAP@wellcertified.com and let us know your previous EID and email address, and we will provide you with a discount code to re-register.
