Before you take your remotely proctored WELL AP exam, there are a few things you should do. Watch this brief video or keep reading to find out more.

Instructions

  1. Download and review the WELL AP Candidate Handbook. The Pre-Exam Checklist section has important information about identification requirements, exam rules, and more.
  2. Read and understand the guidelines established in the ProProctor User Guide. This guidebook will discuss how to get ready to take the exam from home, including how to check your system requirements, download the application and check in. It also includes important information about requirements for the physical testing environment as well as prohibited behaviors.
  3. Run the System Readiness Check. While the check runs, be sure to allow access to your microphone and webcam when prompted. If your download or upload speeds do not meet requirements, try restarting your router.
  4. Download the ProProctor application. You will be asked for the confirmation number you received when you scheduled your exam, as well as the first 4 letters of your surname.
  5. Note: If you’re taking the exam on a Mac device, be sure to read the “Appendix for Mac users” section of the ProProctor User Guide before installing the application as the steps are different.
  6. On the day of the exam, launch your exam.

If you are having technical difficulties installing the software and require further assistance, contact ProProctor technical support.
