Request a refund

In accordance with our Disciplinary and Exam Appeals Policy & WELL AP Candidate Handbook, page 5, "Rescheduling and cancellation policy:" 

  • You may request a 100% refund on your WELL AP exam registration fee from IWBI within 90 days of your initial purchase. After 90 days no refunds will be permitted. 
  • You may reschedule or cancel your exam up to 30 days prior to your exam without incurring a rescheduling fee from Prometric.
  • If you reschedule or cancel your exam fewer than 30 days but more than three days before the scheduled date, you will be charged a $50 fee paid to Prometric.

To request a refund make sure you haven’t booked an exam session and email us at WELLAP@wellcertified.com and include the following information:
