The WELL Faculty program is at the center of the WELL movement, empowering communities, companies and individuals to live in, engage with and explore healthy spaces. The Faculty program is made up of a core group of acclaimed experts who are pioneering and influencing WELL concepts globally, invigorating the WELL movement through workshops, online engagements, seminars and symposiums.
To become WELL Faculty, qualified applicants must submit a curriculum vitae (CV) that demonstrates their teaching skills, as well as their experience working on projects or leading workshops within the Green Building/WELL sector. Also required are two letters of recommendation and a list of their most recent education workshop(s). These materials provide IWBI with an understanding of each applicant's unique background and how it may apply to the WELL Faculty program.

The WELL Faculty program is comprised of industry trailblazers, thought leaders and passionate educators. To join, prospective members must apply from their WELL account, submitting a curriculum vitae (CV) that demonstrates their teaching skills, as well as their experience working on projects or leading workshops within the Green Building/WELL sector. Also required are two letters of recommendation and a list of most recent education workshop(s). What happens after joining the WELL Faculty program?
Upon joining the WELL Faculty network you will have the opportunity to share your expertise through a variety of platforms, including the WELL Faculty LinkedIn group, attending bimonthly Faculty-led symposiums and briefings. You will also receive an official welcome email, which will outline the next steps on how to lean-in and be involved in program activities. In addition to program activities, you will have access to exclusive WELL Faculty resources such as onboarding and professional development modules. Each module is designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills you need to teach about WELL.

But the WELL Faculty program isn't just about thought leadership and events—members are part of a global community of innovators and trailblazers making big change possible. Together, they mentor, nurture, and guide, the next generation of health advocates.

Once your application to become a WELL Faculty member is accepted, there is an annual fee to maintain your membership. The fee is prorated for your first year according to your acceptance date.
WELL Faculty membership costs $500 USD annually, however your joining membership fee can vary based on when you submit and are officially part of the network. All members are required to pay the full membership fee at the beginning of the following calendar year.
