Submitting annual reports and undergoing renewal is integral to maintaining WELL Certification and the WELL Health-Safety Rating.
A WELL consultant may support their team in the following ways:

- Work with the client to determine whether the project team should remove any features or pursue additional features at the time of renewal.
- Discuss recertification costs:
- WELL v1 recertification fees
- WELL v2 pilot/WELL v2 recertification fees
- WELL Rating renewal fees - 25% reduction on initial fees
- WELL at scale: Review the various possible scenarios for WELL at scale milestone renewals to confirm which ones apply in your case

- Check that annual reporting has been uploaded. If the project team has missed the first or the second annual reporting, help gather the data to submit the third annual submission. If the project team has not been able to maintain the annual reporting requirements, provide documentation indicating the reason for not being able to submit the annual reporting.
