How to use the WELL-ESG alignment tools with your WELL review and scorecard data

The WELL-ESG alignment tools can be a powerful complement to your organization’s WELL strategy and progress. Organizations applying WELL v2 at scale have access to three published alignment tools, each of which can translate scorecard data into projected alignments, or review data into achieved alignments with health and well-being elements of leading ESG frameworks. 

You can use these alignment tools to:

• Report progress towards categories within relevant ESG or corporate responsibility reporting frameworks, such as the UN SDGs, GRI, and GRESB.  Your ESG reporting can incorporate achieved and/or targeted WELL features that align within relevant areas of these ESG frameworks.
• Help prioritize WELL features to target in the future, based on areas within the ESG or corporate responsibility reporting frameworks where your organization would like to see improvement.

For subscriptions that have received WELL at scale review results:

In your WELL account, visit the Reviews tab to download your most recent WELL at scale review report. 

Navigate to the scoring_parts tab to view WELL strategies achieved across locations. This tab notes which feature parts have been achieved across each subscribed location.

In this scoresheet example, A01.1, A01.2, A01.3, A01.5, A02.2, and A05.2 are examples of strategies that have been achieved across all locations.
