How to update your WELL account

Editing your account name

If you only have one registered account and would like to change your account name, follow these instructions:

Log into your WELL account.
Click on your profile picture, and select “Profile.”
Click "Edit," which will allow you to edit your profile.
To change your account name, use the “Email” box and make edits. Don’t forget to save your changes.

Merging two accounts

If you have two registered accounts and would like to combine them, please reach out to WELLAP@wellcertified.com to request an account merge. To proceed with this request, please include the following message and information:

Hello,

I have two registered accounts and would like to request a merge of accounts for the following details:

Full name:

Account email to keep:

Account email to remove:
