Change your password

1. Sign in to your WELL account.
2. Click the "View Profile" button
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Enter your current password, then choose your new password. Your password must contain:
   • At least 8 characters
   • Letters and numbers
   • Lowercase and uppercase letters
   • A valid special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *)

Update your profile

1. Sign in to your WELL account.
2. Click the "Edit Profile" button.
3. Make the necessary changes to your information, then click the Save button at the top of the page.

Merging two accounts

If you have two registered accounts and would like to combine them, please reach out to WELLAP@wellcertified.com to request an account merge. To proceed with this request, please include the following message and information:
