Troubleshooting issues logging in to your WELL account

If you are using Google Chrome as your web browser and experience issues logging in to your WELL account (for example, if the login screen never loads, displays a looping "please wait" message, etc), follow these steps:

  1. From the log in screen, click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of your web browser
  2. Select More Tools > Developer ToolsTroubleshooting logon issues.jpg
  3. Click Application in the upper-right side of the navigation bar (if you don’t see it, click the double arrow to reveal additional options)Logon issues 3.png

  4. Select Cookies > https://account.wellcertified.com, then click the icon shown below to clear your cookies.

  5. Close the window > refresh your browser and re-enter your log in informationLogon issues 5.png
