If you are using Google Chrome as your web browser and experience issues logging in to your WELL account (for example, if the login screen never loads, displays a looping "please wait" message, etc), follow these steps:
- From the log in screen, click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of your web browser
- Select More Tools > Developer Tools

Click Application in the upper-right side of the navigation bar (if you don’t see it, click the double arrow to reveal additional options)

Select Cookies > https://account.wellcertified.com, then click the icon shown below to clear your cookies.

Close the window > refresh your browser and re-enter your log in information
