How to complete your project or organization profile

The information provided within a public project or organization's profile will automatically populate to IWBI's project directory for single locations or the organization directory for organizations applying WELL at scale, IWBI members, Enterprise Providers or Performance Testing Organizations. This is a great way to showcase your pursuit of WELL.

After your project profile is complete, check your project or organization's privacy status to be sure it will show in the directory.

Your steps will vary slightly depending on how you are engaged with WELL:

    1. Log into your WELL account and navigate to your project dashboard by clicking Projects and selecting the applicable option (WELL Certification, WELL Health-Safety, WELL Equity or WELL Performance).
    2. Click on your Project ID to visit your WELL project dashboard.
    3. Click on the Profile tab in the left-side navigation menu, and add your project details. You can can add pictures and a bio under "General Information," and more specific project information under "Your WELL Story."
    4. Once you have finished adding your information, click Save Profile at the bottom left side of the page to save your changes.
    1. Log into your WELL account and navigate to your organization's dashboard by clicking Projects and selecting WELL at scale.
    2. Click on your organization's ID to open your WELL dashboard.
    3. Click on the Profile tab in the left-side navigation menu.
    4. Click "Edit Profile" and add your organization's details. You can add a logo, information about your organization, your wellness goals and more.
    5. Once you have finished adding your information, click Update at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

    To complete the project profile for individual locations within your WELL at scale subscription, go to the Locations tab and click the name of the location, then follow the instructions on the "Certification and Ratings" tab of this article.
