Permission levels and functionality

To understand the different levels of access associated with each permission level, see the table below. Once you've read about the access granted by each permission level, learn how to add, modify or remove team members.

Project role (e.g. sustainability consultant, architect, etc.) does not have any impact on the access granted. It simply allows you to keep track of the different roles and responsibilities on your team.

In addition to the access/functionality listed below, the project administrator will be the point of contact for major project-related communications from IWBI (e.g., review return notifications, mid-review clarification requests, AAP/EP approval/rejection, etc.). 

In order to upload documents to individual subscribed locations within a WELL at scale account, team members other than the portfolio administrator must be added to each location. If you need to add team members to a large number of locations, submit a request from your account's Support tab.
