This document is required when the project’s company owner has changed. The original Owner (or assignor) confirms the transfer of the subject project or portfolio to the new owner (or assignee) and accordingly the assignee becomes a party to the WELL Certification or Portfolio Agreement and assumes the original owner’s rights and obligations under the agreement.
