This document is needed when a management company, rather than the Owner itself, enrolls in the WELL at scale program, implements WELL strategies for buildings it operates and signs the WELL at Scale Agreement, in order to confirm that the management company has the authority to enroll Owners’ properties in the WELL at Scale program.
