If your organization requires information to process payments to IWBI, please email billing@wellcertified.com with related forms and/or vendor portal details and a member of our team will be in touch to facilitate. The vendor fulfillment process can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to complete, depending on the information requested. Please plan accordingly.

If your project is registered, please submit a request via the support tab of your WELL Online account. When submitting your request, please include your project ID, previous and most accurate size of your project in either square feet or square meters.
Please note, changes to the size of your project may subsequently result in an increase or decrease in project fees. We encourage you to leverage our pricing calculator to determine potential changes.

Users can update their IWBI invoices the same day they are created. After a period of time, the invoice will lock and you will need to contact billing@wellcertified.com for change requests.

Yes! We can help with this. Please email billing@wellcertified.com and provide the invoice number. It helps to understand how many invoices you'd like this to be split into.

Invoice terms of payment are 30 days from issue date.

Wire transfers may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to process payment. If you are submitting a payment via wire transfer, it helps our receivables team if you can send a remittance notification so we can keep an eye out for your payment.
Payments made via check can take between 2-4 weeks to process. Our teams regularly check our mailbox and cash the checks accordingly.
