This document explains the parties’ rights and obligations in relation to a project’s registration and pursuit of certification under the WELL Building Standard or WELL Community Standard, and also covers related support services, including use of the WELL digital platform. All WELL projects pursuing WELL Certification must sign this document. You may not upload any documentation to your WELL account prior to signing the WELL Certification Agreement.
