What is WELL coaching support?
Once your project has officially enrolled in a WELL program, you will gain access to a suite of resources, tools and webcasts to guide you through the process. You will also have the ability to ask questions or share challenges with our global WELL coaching team.
WELL coaching support includes:

A curated set of resources in your project’s Support tab in WELL online, including articles, sample WELL documents, tools and FAQs

Tutorial videos to help orient you to the WELL process and resources, which you can find in your project's Support tab, under the resources section
Organizations pursuing WELL at scale additionally have access to a dedicated WELL coaching contact who will host calls with you throughout your journey, providing customized support.

How do I access WELL coaching support?
Enrolled projects have access to the Support tab on their WELL dashboard, where you can ask questions and share any challenges. Just navigate to the Support tab on the left side of your screen, then click Get Help. Our WELL coaching team will provide you with a response, which is saved in your Support tab so that it can be accessed at any point.
What can WELL coaches not do?
The WELL coaching team cannot provide consulting services (e.g., reviewing your documentation for compliance with WELL features, drafting AAPs/Innovations for you, recommending specific products, etc.).
If you need more in-depth assistance, consider using our WELL Enterprise Provider network or People directory to find a consultant who can guide you through every step of the process.
