Prospective Performance Testing Agents complete a rigorous two-day training program where they learn everything they need to know about performance testing.
Performance Testing Providers must meet rigorous standards in order to achieve that designation. Each Performance Testing Provider must have at least one approved WELL Performance Testing Agent and at least one WELL AP on staff. They must also have a quality management plan that meets GBCI’s Performance Testing Quality Assurance Manual.
Interested in becoming a Performance Testing Agent?
In order to become a Performance Testing Agent, you must attend a training which will introduce you to WELL performance testing, information about what documentation to submit for review and details about the conflict of interest policy. The training will also include hands-on demonstrations with performance testing equipment, small group exercises to work through sample calculations and examples of typical on-site testing scenarios. Performance Testing Agents must also work for an approved Performance Testing Provider–you cannot independently provide this service. Fill out the form at the bottom of the Performance Verification page to learn more about upcoming Performance Testing Agent trainings and workshops.
