How to upload WELL Precertification documentation

• You may not upload intent-stage documents using the WELL at scale scorecard–you must upload these documents from the individual location scorecard.

  If your project has reached substantial completion, pursuing Precertification using implementation-stage documentation may affect the WELL Score for eligible organizations. A location that has not achieved all preconditions can earn a maximum of 49 points–by achieving all preconditions using implementation-stage documentation, a location can contribute more points toward your score.

   

1. Sign in to your WELL account.
2. On your project dashboard, click the Documents tab.
3. Click the Upload Document button.
4. For Type, choose "Feature" and for Part, select the feature and feature part for which you are uploading documentation.
5. Click the Upload a file icon or drag and drop your file.
6. If you are using intent-based documentation for WELL Precertification, mark the checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
7. Click Upload.
