Submit for WELL Precertification review

  • Updated

Once you have opted in to WELL Precertification and uploaded the required documents, you can submit for precertification review!

  • Once your precertification documentation is uploaded, you will submit for Precertification review following the normal review submission process. Be sure to indicate that you are pursuing Precertification on your WELL at scale review form.

  • This process must be completed prior to preliminary or final review submission (i.e., you cannot request precertification review as an addition when you submit for any other stage of review).

    Submit for preliminary Precertification review

    1. Open your project dashboard
    2. Go to the Review tab.
    3. Click “Submit for Precertification Review.”
    4. Add a brief comment and click Submit.

After you have submitted for preliminary precertification review, allow 20-25 days for the reviewers to evaluate your submission. When your preliminary review is complete, you will receive a notification informing you that the review and your invoice are available. Your invoice must be paid in full before you can access the review report.

Anticipated - the intent-stage documentation provided indicates that the part requirements will be met.

Pending Documentation - documentation was either not provided, or the provided documentation was insufficient to determine if the part requirements will be met. See below for an example of a “pending documentation” status and comment.

Not Anticipated - based on the documentation provided, the part requirements will not be met

Pending Documentation & On-site and Anticipated, Pending On-site are not used for precertification.
