New WELL pricing - September 2023

  • Updated

To take advantage of current pricing, your open invoice must be paid by December 15th, 2023.

WELL Certification

WELL v1 and WELL v2 pilot fee tables will be retired. All future WELL Certification projects will utilize a universal fee table based on current WELL v2 pricing and with the following updates:

  • Minimum fees for the following WELL Certification phases will be $3,000: enrollment, Precertification and opt-ins for WELL Ratings (with a separate review).
  • Minimum WELL Certification program fees (for documentation review) will be $8,000.
  • Minimum recertification fees will increase to $6,000.

Performance testing

  • Projects enrolled in WELL v1 are still required to coordinate onsite testing through IWBI.
  • Projects enrolled in the WELL v2 pilot or WELL v2 have the option to coordinate onsite testing with IWBI or work directly with a WELL Performance Testing Agent. If coordinating onsite testing through IWBI, contact our team for pricing. Fees are subject to change based on market rates.

WELL Certification & WELL Rating curative action

  • Curative action reviews will be performed for a flat fee of $1,500 for WELL Certification and WELL Ratings.

All program discounts

  • Market and sector pricing will reflect a 25% savings, instead of 35%.
  • Cornerstone membership discounts will be: 5% off WELL Ratings and WELL Certification fees
    • Raised from 2.5% to 5% for WELL Certification
    • Reduced from 15% to 5% for WELL Ratings
  • Keystone membership discounts will be: 15% off WELL Ratings and WELL Certification fees
    • Raised from 7.5% to 15% for WELL Certification
    • Reduced from 25% to 15% for WELL Ratings

Minimums

  • Invoices for WELL program enrollment, documentation review or renewal must total at least $3,000, even after all eligible discounts are applied. For example, a Precertification invoice of $3,500 that qualifies for an IWBI Keystone membership discount of 15% would be reduced to $3,000.
