Email verification for anonymous users

As of March 9, 2026, email verification will be required for any requests sent via the Contact Us form. After submitting a request, you will receive an email from IWBI Support <support@iwbi.zendesk.com> asking you to confirm your email address. You must complete the verification process for your request to complete your submission. This will not affect any requests sent from the Support tab within your WELL account. See the email details below:
