There are two options when enrolling for WELL for residential–single enrollment or subscription. Fees vary depending on the dwelling unit type. See below for additional details.

Single enrollment

Fees for single enrollment start at US$100 per home for single-family homes or US$0.08 per square foot for multifamily buildings. In both cases, there is a minimum program fee of $8,000, a cap of $98,000 and a $3,000 enrollment fee.

Enrollment fees must be paid upon enrollment and are valid for three years. Program fees are paid at the time of documentation submission.

If you choose to pursue features that require onsite testing, additional fees may apply.

Examples

• You enroll 1 single family home. You will pay a $3,000 enrollment fee and program fees of $8,000.
• You enroll 100 single family homes. You will pay a $3,000 enrollment fee and program fees of $10,000.
• You enroll a 75,000 square foot multifamily building. You will pay a $3,000 enrollment fee and program fees of $8,000.
• You enroll a 200,000 square foot multifamily building. You will pay a $3,000 enrollment fee and program fees of $16,000.

Annual subscription

A recurring annual subscription option is also available. Annual subscription costs are based on the number of single-family homes or multifamily buildings in your subscription–see the table below for details.

If you choose to pursue features that require onsite testing, additional fees may apply.

Examples

• You enroll 75 single family homes. You will pay a $30,000 annual subscription fee.
• You enroll 150 multifamily buildings. You will pay a $112,500 annual subscription fee.
• You enroll 200 single family homes and 300 multifamily buildings. You will pay a $225,000 annual subscription fee.
