IWBI created a summary tool to help projects understand the relationship between base building attributes and a tenant's certification.

The tool defines how features achieved by the base building can be applied by an interiors project. For projects located in a WELL Core Certified building, this tool will allow your project to use WELL features from the base building and build upon those for your WELL interiors project.

There are five versions of the interiors and base buildings alignment tool based on the certification version of the base building. Be sure to choose the correct one for your project!
