Learn about the different roles and responsibilities during the performance verification process–who uploads documents, submits for review, etc.
The WELL Performance Testing Agent (PTAgent) is primarily responsible for compiling all performance verification data, uploading the data to the Documents tab of the project dashboard, and submitting for review in the Reviews tab. See this article for steps to upload PV Data.
The PTAgent has undergone training that includes compiling and uploading performance testing data. To fulfill this responsibility, the project administrator must add the PTAgent to the project team*. There are two options for the team to add the PTAgent to the project:
-
Performance Testing Agent (Full Access): View documents, upload and download
-
Performance Testing Agent (Limited Access): Upload documents only
See this article to learn more about team member authorizations and permissions
*If the project team has decided against providing access for the selected PTAgent, the project team is responsible for ensuring that all PV data uploaded, including relevant calibration certificates and all supporting documents, are correctly tagged to the feature and appropriate locations. Additionally the project team would be responsible for ensuring that post-PV tasks (PV data upload or replying to PV-related review comments) are fulfilled accurately by other members of the project team.
PTAgents are trained to submit only passing results for review. Thus, for a single asset, if retesting is required the PTAgent should still upload all passing PV data to the project dashboard. However, the PTAgent would not “submit for review” until all passing results are uploaded and ready for review. For at scale, projects may submit passing results for a single feature during a review cycle.
For single locations that are not enrolled under the WELL at scale program, once all testing results have met the threshold requirements and are uploaded to the project dashboard, the PTAgent can then go to the Reviews tab and select “submit for review.” The performance review cycle will not start until this step is completed.
