Tell us about your organization
Create an account for your organization by sharing some information with our team, including your organization’s name, estimated size of your subscription, primary region where the owner is located, the scope of your subscription and the legal entities that comprise your subscription. The scope of your subscription is an important factor in establishing the level at which your organization is committing to WELL.
An organization that pursues WELL across an entire legal entity or multiple legal entities will receive an Enterprise-level subscription. An organization with at least 5 properties that do not comprise an entire legal entity participates at the Portfolio level.
If you select 'All locations within a single legal entity or multiple legal entities', you must then list all legal entities included in your subscription. Enter the names of the legal entities exactly as you want them to appear on all future WELL Scores, reports, leaderboards, etc.
If all locations within the legal entity are part of your subscription, check the corresponding box below. Click '+ Add more' to add additional legal entities as needed.
If you participate at the Portfolio level, your account name should be different from your organization name and make it clear that this is a subset of your total locations by specifying a region, sector, typology, etc, that defines the subset.
For example, IWBI North America or IWBI Office Properties instead of simply IWBI.
Enterprise subscriptions
- This subscription is for organizations that are applying WELL across an entire legal entity. This is the most impactful and economical way to pursue WELL, with lower pricing per location. Enterprise-level subscriptions will receive a WELL Score™–a metric that reflects an organization-wide achievement on health, human capital support and well-being. Organizations that make an enterprise-level commitment will also receive an IWBI Keystone membership and robust benchmarking and analytics.
Portfolio subscriptions
- This subscription is available for organizations enrolling a minimum of 5 properties that do not comprise an entire legal entity. To increase the ability of organizations to pursue WELL at scale, portfolio definition rules no longer apply; organizations can subscribe any set of properties.
