The dates provided are estimates and do not take into account additional time associated with optional steps such as requested mid-review clarifications or retesting of non-passing parameters during performance verification.
We’ve populated these two examples as guidance for when you are referencing the tables below:
- Example # 1 - WELL Certification: If you are working on a WELL Certification project and have already completed the preliminary documentation review, you may wish to complete the final documentation review by the end of the year. The review timeline for a WELL Certification final documentation review is 25 business days. In order to have a final documentation review report returned to your team by the end of the year, Dec. 23rd, 2026, your team needs to submit for final documentation review no later than Nov. 9th, 2026.
- Example # 2 - WELL at scale: If you are working on a WELL at scale account, you may wish to complete 2 rounds of review by the end of the year. The review timeline for a round of review is 25 business days. In order to have 2 rounds of review completed by the end of the year, Dec. 23rd, 2026, your team needs to submit for round 1 review no later than Sept. 24th, 2026, and submit for round 2 review no later than Nov. 17th, 2026.
