• 10% on one year pre-payment  
• 15% on three years pre-payment
• 20% on five years pre-payment

To receive an updated invoice with the discount applied, include the following details in an email to billing@wellcertified.com:

• Invoice Number
• WELLP#### Project Number
• Summary related to the discount (e.g. “End of year pre-payment discount.”)

Discounts do not apply to projects based in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau.

Clients that enroll in WELL Core certification can receive a 10% pre-payment discount for their enrollment and their documentation review fees (if paid by the end of the calendar year, Dec. 31, 2026).

To apply this discount, enroll and use code WELL10-2026, then request your documentation review invoice before the end of year, following the instructions below.

Discounts do not apply to projects based in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau.

How to enroll a new WELL Project

1. Sign in to wellcertified.com.
2. Create a new project by visiting the project landing page.
3. Fill out the registration form.

4. Navigate to your project “Dashboard” and select “Enroll”.

   

5. Fill out and submit the Enrollment form.
6. Access your enrollment invoice under the “Billing” tab.

7. Scroll down to enter a discount code, if applicable. Enter your promo code, ensuring it contains no leading or trailing special characters or extra spaces (such as periods or commas).

   

8. Submit your payment through one of the following methods:
   1. Credit card
   2. Wire / ACH Transfer
   3. Check

How to request your documentation review invoices

To request these invoices in advance or prepayment, navigate to the Support tab in your project dashboard and submit a request for the required invoice. The IWBI billing team will reply back to you and process your request to issue the invoice.

Applying a discount code

1. Open the relevant WELL invoice.
2. Locate the Discount field by scrolling down the page.
3. Enter your promo code, ensuring it contains no leading or trailing special characters or extra spaces (such as periods or commas).

This discount applies to the documentation review fees after registration fees ($3,000) have been paid.
