The WELL Enterprise Provider (WELL EP) designation from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) is for organizations that deliver a comprehensive suite of WELL solutions across real estate portfolios and entire organizations.
The WELL EP designation is awarded to teams of specialists who have advanced knowledge of WELL, can support documentation preparation, and understand best practices for onsite performance management and testing.

All Enterprise Providers must maintain a Keystone membership and have at least 10 or 50% of staff as active WELL AP’s (whichever is less).
Additionally, WELL EPs must have demonstrated experience with WELL, such as:
- Actively providing WELL consulting services for at least 2 enrollments with multiple locations (WELL at scale or otherwise)
- Experience providing WELL consulting services at least 10 unique single location enrollments
- Integrating WELL strategies into operational policies, workplace programs and/or employee benefits

WELL EPs receive exclusive benefits to help them learn, grow and support their clients.
As part of the program, WELL EPs can access:
Pre-approved documentation templates
- A Pre-Approved Template is documentation that has been reviewed and approved for compliance with a specific WELL feature part. It includes standardized language that does not need to be re-reviewed when it is applied to locations in future WELL reviews, regardless of the client/owner. During this pilot phase, the Pre-Approved Templates are a benefit to WELL EPs who can apply them towards feature parts that contribute to any WELL v2 achievement, including WELL Certification, WELL Ratings and a WELL Score. They are meant to be used as-is or with minimal customizations to clarify location- and/or organization-specific details. See the FAQ and templates at the bottom of this page for more information.
Accelerated review timelines
- The accelerated reviews benefit for WELL Enterprise Providers (WELL EPs) enables WELL EPs to have their WELL review submissions prioritized ahead of WELL reviews being submitted by other project teams without a WELL EP. WELL at scale and WELL Rating reviews will be delivered within 15 business days, provided submissions meet quality standards, and WELL Certification projects will receive priority review selection ahead of project teams without a WELL EP. On-going utilization of this benefit by a specific WELL EP is contingent on continued submission of high quality reviews. See the FAQ at the bottom of this page for more information.

There is no cost for the WELL EP program; however, WELL EPs must maintain an IWBI membership at the Keystone level.

WELL EPs provide their clients with strategic guidance to support business objectives in ESG reporting, human and social capital management and workplace strategy. WELL EPs also provide streamlined support and exclusive access to customized resources for clients pursuing WELL. EPs offer in-house expertise to help clients choose the right path to earning WELL achievements.
