WELL Enterprise Provider (WELL EP) is a designation from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) for organizations that deliver a comprehensive suite of WELL solutions across real estate portfolios and entire organizations.

The WELL EP designation was created to support the growing demand for implementing WELL at scale, which is the most cost effective and streamlined way to enhance health and well-being of people in buildings, organizations and communities around the world.

The WELL EP designation is for organizations that deliver WELL solutions at scale.

WELL EPs are expected to maintain a Keystone level membership and a minimum of 10 individuals, or 50% of total employees (whichever is less) as active WELL APs. WELL EPs must also serve as the Project Administrator for at least one WELL at scale portfolio or enterprise subscription (which include a minimum of 5 enrolled spaces) or service clients at a portfolio or enterprise scale as a core business model.

The client base of WELL EPs typically includes major global corporations, large real estate portfolios and multinational organizations whose leadership is critical to accelerating a global culture of health. WELL EPs help clients scale their health and well-being efforts efficiently and effectively without compromising quality.

There is no cost for the WELL EP program; however, WELL EPs must maintain an IWBI membership at the Keystone level.
